Farmland and woodland valuations can be provided by the Elms Estate Office as an independent valuation source of professional information. As Chartered Surveyors we are bound by the standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and can provide valuations for acquisition, sale or tax purposes.

Farm and house rent revisions are a staple part of our daily professional work.

We have recently added a commercial capacity for valuations of items outside the scope of the normal valuation remit.
